We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that promote our brand, services, and thought leadership in the Salesforce ecosystem.​

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to increase Shiftlogic's brand awareness and market share.

• Manage and oversee various marketing initiatives including digital marketing, content creation, social media strategy, and event marketing.

• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business goals.

• Analyse market trends and competitors' strategies to identify opportunities and challenges.

• Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gaining insights, and assessing against goals.

• Manage budgets and allocate resources among projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the tech or Salesforce ecosystem.

• Strong understanding of current marketing tools and strategies.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proven ability to develop marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
